Paradigm Reborn was formed in 2003 by Andy Fowler and Tyler Tate. They combine their design and programming expertise to build rich, dynamic websites.
Tyler Tate
Tyler Tate is the creative director and
co-founder of Paradigm Reborn. He specializes in creating fresh,
effective web experiences. He has a B.A. in Media Communication from
Asbury College and has over 6 years of industry experience. Before
Paradigm, Tyler worked for a small web design studio in Alabama, where
he is from. Tyler and his wife Ruth live in Wilmore, Kentucky.

So we don’t have a corporate jet, skyscraper, or a receptionist, but we consider our size an advantage. It means we get to choose the projects that we work on, focus on the details, and respond quickly to our clients' needs and to new technologies. We can turn on a dime — or a pair of them.
Andy Fowler
Andy Fowler is the technology director and co-founder of Paradigm Reborn. He’s responsible for the programming and infrastructure that make our websites work. Andy has a B.A. in Media Communication from Asbury College and over 6 years of industry experience. He entered the web arena through a Pennsylvania-based ISP where he developed multiple web-based systems for customer interaction. You can often find Andy floating down the Kentucky River on an inflatable tube.
