Punta Mita
A Tailored Solution
First, we equipped Punta Mita with FireFly Transmit—our newsletter management software—enabling them to easily send graphical e-mail campaigns. We then worked with Punta Mita to developed tailored functionality that enables Punta Mita to thoroughly manage client relationships. Clients can easily be added and removed from groups, contacted individually or as a group, and Punta Mita can monitor exactly who is interacting with the e-mail campaigns. This functionality is now available to all of our FireFly Transmit subscribers.
Design
We created a series of rich e-mail designs that beautifully portray Punta Mita’s brand. Punta Mita can choose from any of these designs each time they send a campaign. FireFly’s Media Library enables Punta Mita to easily upload their own photos and insert them into e-mail campaigns.Video
We took a promotional video that Punta Mita commissioned and created a standalone web page that matches the look and feel of the e-mail campaigns. The video can be downloaded to an iPod, in HD, or shared on YouTube.
Sari Bari
Who They Are
Sari Bari is an organization based in Calcutta, India. They work to rescue abused young women, empowering them to create handmade products as a profitable trade, restoring their dignity. Their first web presence was a blog; we partnered with them to create this full-featured web site.
WordPress
As a rapidly growing organization, with constituents spread across the globe, it was important for Sari Bari to keep people up to date on their latest accomplishments. We imported content from their existing blog, and set them up with the industry-standard, open-source WordPress software.FireFly
We have fully integrated WordPress into the FireFly interface. Their blog employs the same look as the rest of the site. Content editors use the same account to publish to the blog as they do to edit their site.
American Lending Group
Who They Are
There is a rapidly growing market of Americans buying luxury homes in Mexico. American Lending Group is a cross-border lender providing Americans with mortgages on homes in Mexico. ALG has a personal presence in every market that they serve, and they are effectively using technology to streamline the closing process.
Content Management
The American Lending Group website is equipped with FireFly Pilot, giving ALG the ability to update the site continually. A young company, ALG is pleased how their website can respond to their fast-moving marketing approach.Mapping
We created a dynamic map of Mexico that lists ALG’s development parters throughout the country. With FireFly, ALG can add new developments and have them automatically mapped in the correct location.
Strategic Planning
ALG wanted to portray a professional, yet inviting image. This strategic decision was carried out through all aspects of the site.Information Architecture

Bethel Pointe
Who They Are
Bethel Pointe is a maintenance-free community based in our own town of Wilmore, Kentucky. They came to us looking for a website that reflected the carefree lifestyle and warm community present in their neighborhood.Approach
Bethel Pointe's largest target audience are retirees. Rather than focusing on the specifications of the homes like most developments do, we decided that the best approach for this target audience was to emphasize the carefree lifestyle present within the community.
Content
Because of the intentional emphasis on a carefree lifestyle, we devoted a large portion of content to the amenities and recreation opportunities present within Bethel Pointe, the surrounding community attractions, and the people who live at Bethel Pointe. Because we directed copywriting and photography for the project, we were also able to display hundreds of relevant, quality photographs throughout the site to further convey the warm community at Bethel Pointe. The site has been featured in numerous web design galleries.
Why Use Maps?
The best neighbors are the ones who are involved in the community, volunteering and active in civic organizations. We used dynamic maps to showcase just how many involvement opportunities there are available in Wilmore.How Does It Work?
Bethel Pointe administrators simply add the addresses of local churches and organizations. FireFly does the rest of the work, plotting the points on a standard Google Map, along with contact information.Recent Blog Entries
